The following is a brief synopsis of some of the ongoing programs, projects and initiatives programs developed by the InfraGard National Members Alliance.

South Florida InfraGard Chapter members are encouraged to participate in and take advantage of these programs and resources.

The Gardian: At present, the Gardian is a quarterly Journal comprised of articles written by Subject Matter Experts (SME) on a variety of infrastructure protection issues. The Gardian aspires to be a double blind, peer reviewed Journal that will represent the "thought leaders" in the infrastructure protection field.

The "iKeepSafe" Initiative: The goals and aspirations of the iKeepSafe Coalition are in line with many of our members' concerns regarding child safety on the Internet. In addition, the program will give the South Florida InfraGard Chapter access to the Florida Office of the Governor and an opportunity to provide a positive image of InfraGard to local press agencies.

InfraGard Membership and the GETS Program: Gets is a priority government telecommunications program that is for use during an emergency. WPS is the wireless (cell phone) version of the same system. There will soon be a single Point of Contact for InfraGard members who are not already represented by a corporate Point of Contact to facilitate enrollment in this important program.

InfraGard Membership and the Registered Traveler Program (RTP): The RTP is a TSA program that is being established by the private sector to enhance the security procedures at the nation's airports. The InfraGard National Members Alliance is working to establish InfraGard members as a lead group of participants.

CINTAS: An agreement has been completed with CINTAS for InfraGard logo apparel. When South Florida InfraGard Members Alliance apparel is ordered, 10% of the proceeds will go to our chapter.

An SME Identification Database: The development of an SME database that will include genuine Subject Matter Experts in their fields will be available to law enforcement and intelligence organizations across the country.
